I wrote this book because as a professional in the health and fitness industry I constantly saw: Dietitians trying to implement "cure-all" diets that are so strict professional athletes would have a hard time following them with ridiculous guidelines like counting food down to the calorie and macro.

Personal Trainers trying to convince us that only with these specific "amazing fat-burning routines" can you lose weight and be happy with your body. Doctors who are simply prescribing pills to blanket our problems instead of getting to the root of the issues. None of this is working!

Just look at the statistics: 70% of the American population is now either overweight or obese More than 30 million Americans are on anti-depressants 70% of Americans are unhappy at work Approximately 50 million Americans live in chronic pain, every, single, day More than 133 million Americans have a chronic illness About 90% of Americans have regrets in their life Over 40% of American marriages end in divorce Every year the statistics keep getting worse! Every year Americans are statistically getting fatter, unhealthier, and unhappier. And it is not because the market has a lack of fitness and diet programs or pills… I knew there had to be a better way and that this could not be the "new normal".

This is when I set out to make a real practical solution that anyone could implement into their daily lives without inconvenience. A solutions that would transform not only our health, but our goals and success as well. A solution that works with your life and your schedule, not against it.

A solution that is easy to implement and takes up very little time and energy, not one that requires you to block off 1 ½ hour timeframes or put all of our food for the week in tuba wear containers. A solution that understands. Every.

Single. Person. Is different.

We all have different lives, DNA, schedules, taste buds, body types, responsibilities, goals, etc. A solution that puts your life goals first and makes them that much easier to reach. A solution that is realistic. A solution that doesn't just focus on your health, but your wealth, happiness, love, and success as well.

The solution I came up with is one that revolves around implementing micro-habits and strategies that take up very little time and effort, so that you can spend your time actually living and enjoying your life. My solution is different because it is a comprehensive approach to health focusing on your psychology, lifestyle habits, nutritional habits, and activity. This is a well-rounded approach that addresses your mental, emotional, and physical health.

This solution makes health easy to implement, and once you start implementing these simple habits and strategies they will become intuitive. You see our days are basically a construct of all of our habits strung together from the time we get up to the time we go to bed at night. Most of us don't even realize what our daily habits are, let alone the correct solutions to fix them.
