With her relationship on the rocks with boyfriend Leland, Skylen feels like she has the weight of the world on her shoulders. After a night out with her best friend she meets Sen. Sen is everything that Leland isn't and as much as she tries to deny that she is attracted to him she realizes it's harder than expected.

Sen has his own relationship with girlfriend Valencia and with the two being partners in crime together, it starts to create a strain in their union. Together for three years things just seem to be routined. If they aren't hitting licks together they're simply just existing in each other's world leaving them both to find comfort in other people.

Springfield is small. Everybody is connected in some way so when Skylen and Sen worlds collide after the unforgivable happens will they have their happily ever after or does the lies and deceit overshadow everything? Who said they want a perfect love story anyways?
