Some brief overview of book

I've only been using small workbook for a little over a week and it's something I look forward to every day now. While this won't quite last a full year, many of the prompts and reflections could probably be repeated at a later date, if you wanted to start over again. I found Rasheta's journal, soothing, positive, and surprisingly deep.

Not only are there 5 minute writing prompts, there are quotes, whimsical little drawings, and space to reflect. It's an attractive book and one that packs a punch. 5 minutes a day isn't too big of a time commitment to try this out, I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely look for more journals and workbooks from this author!
